The Data Science Institute Summer Lab symposium represents the culmination of ten weeks’ worth of students’ research and hard work, and will be a wonderful opportunity for the entire Summer Lab community to support and engage with the cohort about their exciting research projects. The event will include five themed sessions where students will present pre-recorded videos overviewing their research projects, followed by live Q&A moderated by their peers. At the end of the event, we will host a poster session and reception. A light breakfast and boxed lunch will be provided, and there will be a reception along with the concluding poster session. All attendees must follow University guidelines regarding COVID-19.

Talks will be in John Crerar Library Rooms 298 and 390, and broadcast on Zoom for remote participants. Contact rmitchum@uchicago.edu for Zoom details.
