Ashleigh Moses

Ashleigh brings nearly a decade of experience in higher education administration and faculty affairs, with expertise in faculty appointments, promotions, onboarding, compliance, talent management, and operational leadership. Most recently, she served as Associate Director of Faculty Academic Affairs at Dell Medical School at The University of Texas at Austin, where she provided strategic leadership for faculty lifecycle management supporting more than 850 faculty members across clinical and basic science departments. Throughout her career, Ashleigh has demonstrated a strong commitment to process improvement, faculty development, and building effective administrative systems that support academic excellence.
