I received my bachelors in Computer Science and Biochemistry from Tufts University in 2020. I worked as a data scientist at Massachusetts General Hospital in the Department of Cardiology until 2021. I am currently part of the Medical Scientist Training Program at UChicago pursuing my MD and PhD in Computer Science.
My research is centered at the intersection of machine learning and immunology. I am interested in representing medical knowledge through LLMs with the goal of applying the knowledge to downstream tasks, such as predicting immune response and resolving spatial interactions in histopath slides.
