Women in Data Science: Chicago 2021

WiDS: Chicago is an independent event organized to coincide with the annual Global Women in Data Science (WiDS) Conference held at Stanford University and an estimated 150+ locations worldwide. You may have heard about our recent Kickoff event for the WiDS: Datathon! All genders are invited to attend WiDS regional events, which features outstanding women doing outstanding work.

This year, WiDS: Chicago will feature lightning talks from accomplished, Chicago-based data scientists in both industry and academia, and a panel focusing on COVID-19 + Data Science. Speakers are listed on our website: https://widschicago.org/

This year's event will be particularly interactive– be prepared to chat in breakout rooms with speakers and panelists. The end of the evening will be a networking session hosted on Gathertown. All of the necessary links will be provided to registrants before the event!
